It is an encounter that brings together MOVEMENT and MINDFULNESS. It is joint group and individual research on Unity; a space and time where we agree to explore the state that arises from exploring Unity. It’s an opportunity to dive into the source, find it, touch it, express it, enjoy it, dance it.

Meditation, mindfulness, movement, stillness, dance, training, workout, exploration, research, connection, joy, one.

The encounter will gather a small group of people, max 20, to be able to expand with confidence, the intimate places we can reach through movement.

THEONEDANCE PROGRAM

The program combines meditation, body-training, dance classes, movement research, jams or open spaces to play and explore together. 
Using principles that we study in contact improvisation (weight, support, lisening etc), we dive into the realms of body and physics, to open up them up in to the dance; your solo or in contact .

The focus of THEONEDANCE is to PRACTICE THE STATE OF PRESENCE with joy and understanding.

- why MEDITATION? We bring our body and mind into stillness to be able to download our own inner rythmn, later taking it into movement. We become able to refine our listening and to tune into a space of focussed attention.

- why TRAINING?  The training of our body helps in building confidence and trust in our being, feeling your phydical power.At the same time the sensation of “training” is an exercise that helps our mind to understand what does it mean to “improve” something that we put our attention on. We learn self motivation.

why MOVEMENT? During the practice that we’ve called “MOVEMENT” we practice to stay focus on our attention while our body is in motion. While we do that , we are active from our creative mind (consciousness) and we are able to move aouthentically from our state of presence, becoming the observer of our own experience, integrating the joy on the way!!
The final result that THEONEDANCE practice gives is ‘THE PRACTICE OF THE STATE OF PRESENCE; ITS EXPERIENCE AND EXPANSION’.

Nirarta is set in a lush river valley of terraced-rice fields by tree-clad hills straddled by the imposing presence of the sacred mountain, Gunung Agung to the east of Bali.
The views and atmosphere are breathtaking. Many a visitor are moved to tears arriving here.
The nearest village is called Tabola. Tabola lies between Nirarta and Sidemen, a short walk from Nirarta.
Sidemen is a medium-sized market village, with a few shops, including a telecommunications centre. Both Tabola and Sidemen are primarily weaving and farming villages, relatively untouched by tourism. The climate is always pleasantly warm, but rather cooler than the coastal plain.

ACCOMODATION
Nirarta has 11 guest rooms in six bungalows, each with delightful views.  Rooms   are for twin share. A couple of rooms could take three people max.If you want to share a room with an specific person, pls let us know that during your registration. The max capacity is 22 people.
