Exercise Nutrition - February 3rd

Just as gasoline makes a car go, food makes an endurance athlete go. Bad gasoline will cause a car to sputter, knock, and run inefficiently. Bad food choices cause endurance athletes to go slower, feel lethargic, and experience GI distress.
Join us on February 3rd for the second installment of the Athleticamps educational series as Dr. Marlia Braun Phd, RD, CSSD will discuss proper nutrition to fuel your sport. Included in the conversation:
  • Fueling prior to your ride or event to set you up for success
  • Fueling during the event to keep you riding strong
  • Fueling after the event to help you recover for the next one
